While studying in college, White was feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the way some contentious issues regarding gender equality, men's rights and feminism were being addressed during class by her professors and fellow students.
While studying computer science at California State University, Chico, White appeared on a friend's live stream where commenters encouraged her to start a YouTube channel of her own. When she was 20 years old, she came out as transgender to her family and friends and began feminizing hormone therapy in 2015.
